Very good place with amazing staff (except for Rasha the receptionist)

The kitchen staff and the badawian tent
Mr. Khalid from kitchen was very helpful and kind
The dinner on the pool in the new year eve.

A new Hotel with lovely rooms

The property is new, and the rooms and suites are large and comfortable. The Air condition is good and the kitchenette is useful. The pools and landscaping is quite nice and they are still building more blocks. The staff and General Manager offered their assistance with some issues and generally were attentive.

Negative: I wish the food arrangement was open buffet service but the staff at meal times did their best to provide what we would like and some menus were offered for the meal times. The location was a little isolated and there was poor swimming options at the sea shore. The pools were better choices.

Incredible comfort, exceptional service, and unforgettable memories made our stay at the hotel truly

I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast at this hotel. The variety of options was impressive and everything tasted amazing. All staff were very hospitable but among them ASHRAF a.k.a SHERIF stood out among all of them and ensured that our stay was unforgettable by attending to all of our needs and providing exceptional care throughout our visit. However, the location of the hotel is a bit isolated, which could be a downside for some. On the flip side, it was perfect for relaxation and soul searching. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful natural scenery made for a tranquil and rejuvenating stay. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, this hotel is the perfect choice.

Negative: It might have been more effective to have a standby car waiting on the main road to pick up guests and bring them to the hotel. Additionally, there is room for improvement in the nightly entertainment shows.

Worst Experience of my life

Negative: really don’t understand how this hotel got these nice reviews.
First issue we encountered was COMMUNICATION. No one in here speaks any english! MANAGER was the only one. But we only saw him after a couple of days of complaining.
Rooms are really dirty (photos attached). Water from the sink was YELLOW (photo attached)! We understand we are in Egypt and it is known that tap water is not safe but at least clean water to wash ourselves!!
Wifi is only in public areas but does not even work. It gets disconnected every time another person connect and it takes time to connect as you need to put a username, password and voucher code. We had to beg for their own private wifi even if it was included in our services. Food another HUGE issue! We had the all inclusive option. It says on internet it is both buffet and a la carte… Well, it was only a la carte or a set menu (which had the same dishes of a la carte). Good luck if you are staying here for more that 4 days. It is the same food over and over. NOT MANY OPTION AT ALL! Breakfast it said it was continental and full english… DEFINITELY NOT!
Everyday there was an issue with our orders!
We never got what we ordered on our table! They always messed something up, or didn’t bring it… I think it was due to the language barrier.
The key card!!!
EVERY SINGLE DAY these key cards got disconnected!! We had to walk to reception 2/3 times a day! and reception is a 5’ walk! Also got late to one of our activity due to this issue. On our 6th day we got tired of this and asked the receptionist to come to our room and fix it ASAP! THEY RAISED THEIR VOICE TO US! WE ARE GUEST! this is UNACCEPTABLE! We packed our stuff and left straight away. Do not book in here if you want to have a nice time during your vacation.. you will just get stressed!
Last thing, beach does not have an easy access to the water.. mainly rocky and no chance to do any snorkeling!
The only highlight of this vacation was Mustafa (the waiter) and Amar (the driver).
